Two fully equipped kitchen at the front and back. Two small refrigerators with freezers are available. Kitchen is well stocked with a mixer, a microwave, cutlery, a gas connection, and a two-burner gas stove.

There is a living room on the ground floor at the front, as well as at the back, both with TVs.

Verandahs

There is a front and back Goan style balcao (balcony or patio) on the ground level.Plus the four bedrooms on the first floor lead out into sit-outs.

Bedrooms

Six furnished bedrooms (1 on the ground floor, 2 on the first floor in the front, and a mirror image at the back). The top bedrooms have an attached bathroom and TV. The ground bedrooms have the baths common with the living room.The front ground bedrooms has a TV.

Landscape

The villa is dotted with potted and hanging plants both on the ground and first floor. There is a green lawn patch in the backside of the villa and palm trees and plants, limestone artifacts, brass bells, all around to give just the right ambience for a relaxing holiday.
